Allergen poster for clubs and small businesses
The 14 main allergens must also be declared for food that is not pre-packed. The Allergen-Poster turns this into a table to hang up.

How it works
- Enter the dishes one by one with “+ Dish” (+ Gericht) or paste the menu as a list, one dish per line.
- For each dish, tap the allergens it contains and add a note if needed.
- “Print / save as PDF” (Drucken / als PDF sichern) creates an A4 poster, with the date as “as of” (Stand).

Why declare?
In Switzerland, the 14 ingredients that most often cause allergies must also be declared for food that is not pre-packed. This is set out in the FDHA Ordinance on Food Information (LIV, Art. 5 and Annex 6). The poster helps take-aways, restaurants, food trucks and club events do this in writing.
What is on the poster
A table with one row per dish, with the allergens it contains marked in red. The legend lists the 14 allergens under the LIV with examples, including cereals containing gluten, crustaceans, peanuts, tree nuts, celery, sulphur dioxide and sulphites, and molluscs. For businesses in Bern, the legend can be printed in two languages if you wish. Optionally you add a note on traces, a note that information is available verbally with a contact person, or your own addition. If you have many dishes, choose “A4 landscape” under “Format”.
Who remains responsible
Your information is not sent. The poster does not replace a check by the food inspection service. The business remains responsible for its accuracy. If in doubt, the recipe, the labels of the ingredients and the cantonal food inspectorate can help.
