The emergency sheet: one page that saves time in an emergency

Which medicines? Which allergies? Who to call? The emergency sheet (Notfallblatt) gives paramedics the most important answers, even when you can no longer answer yourself.

How it works

  1. Open the emergency sheet and fill in what applies: person, access to the flat, medicines, contacts.
  2. Under “Important for paramedics”, tick what applies, for example blood thinners or diabetes.
  3. Print the sheet on A4 and put it on the fridge. A copy goes in your wallet.

Why the fridge?

Almost every home has its fridge in a fixed place. Tell your family where the sheet is, and mention it when you call 144. When your medicines change, print the sheet again. The date is at the top right.

What happens to my details?

Everything stays on your device; your entries are not sent to any server. The sheet does not replace the emergency number 144 or a conversation with your doctor.
